Delivery

www.rastlinjaki-gajsek.si (the provider) endeavours to deliver products within the promised time. In most cases we deliver products using our own delivery service, but we reserve the right to choose another delivery service if this allows the order to be fulfilled more efficiently.

Delivery is completely safe and, for all purchases, is only possible to an address in Slovenia.

For purchases from outside Slovenia, the goods may be collected in person at the provider’s address.

The risk of loss of or damage to the dispatched goods passes from the provider to the buyer when the buyer, or a third party other than the carrier designated by the buyer for that purpose, takes physical possession of the goods. If the buyer has commissioned transport from a carrier not offered by the provider, the risk of destruction of or damage to the goods nevertheless passes to the buyer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.

1. Delivery times

How quickly the ordered goods reach you depends on a number of factors. If the ordered goods are in stock, we will dispatch them within 4–5 working days. If any of the ordered products are not in stock, your consignment will be dispatched as soon as we receive the product into stock. If a product is currently out of stock, we will keep you informed of the delivery time.

Once we have received your order or confirmation of payment (*), we begin preparing and shipping your order. When the consignment is ready, you will receive an email.

* if you choose to pay by transfer to our bank account, processing of the order will begin once we have received confirmation that the funds have been credited to our bank account.
